本项目是 隰县全域旅游发展总体规划 中的重点工程,以全国文物重点保护单位 小西天 为核心,依托厚重璀璨的佛教文化、隰县历史和地域文化、优美的自然生态环境以及紧邻县城主城区的优势,通过对小西天风景区景观的整合和挖掘,保护自然生态环境,赋予小西天更多的观光体验功能,提升小西天整体服会影响该器件的使用寿命务能力和水平,提高风景区对消费者的吸引力,从而促进经济的增长,为游客和隰县百姓提供更多的开放空间和活动场所。建设集生态休闲、农业体验和佛教朝圣等功能于一体的生态综合体,向世人展示隰县独特的城市风貌。

项目规划总面积11.75平方公里,主要包括五大重点工程:小西天景观提升改造、风凰山休闲农业园建设、紫川河湿地治理及景观提升、风凰山坡面护林景观带提升改造、庞村美丽乡村开发等。具体内容为:

1、小西天景区景观提升改造工程:主要以 自然禅 为理念,构建禅意山水景观。具体分为五区:人口广场区、生态迎宾区、碧水赏荷区、山路十景区和禅修禅定区(空山园、地道体验、窑洞景观等）。

4、风凰山坡面护林景观带提升改造:围绕 城川碧水,两岸锦绣,花开漫城,大美隰县 这一主题,依据隰县特殊的地形特点 三川、七垣、八大多花木蓝沟 。由南向北划分七段进行绿化,代表隰县的七垣,选用的植物开花后由南至北依次排开,绿化总面积482.54万平方米。
